Jeffery's Regiment of Foot raised by Charles II in response to Bacon's Rebellion and was lead by the acting governor Sir Herbert Jeffreys. After the rebellion it was downsized before being disbanded in 1682.

@Countcristo44 These are members of the "1. Leib-Husaren-Regiment Nr. 1" or 1st Life Hussars Regiment formed in 1741 by Frederick the Great.
There were actually two "deaths head hussar" regiments in the Prussian/German army, and the only noticeable difference in uniform is the busby bag color.
