@socialworktutor It's important to have boundaries as a part of self-care. We can't do it all. Too many amazing professionals leave SW because of the inability to find work life balance with employers. keep looking until you find an employer that's going to respect your life

@socialworktutor I'm thinking social workers would barely meet minimum wage once they add up all the additional hours (which we never get back). Seems there's a culture whereby we are working out if the kindness of our hearts. I love the profession, I just want to be paid the hours that work 😔
