“Those who marched, organised, spoke out, took risks and refused to be silent” - The Palestinian Mission’s Marwan Yaghi praises #Palestine solidarity in the UK at Unison’s young workers conference 2025, which coincided with the International Day of Solidarity With the Palestinian People.

The Palestinian Mission’s diplomat @MarwanYaghi94 took part today in @unisontheunion’s 2025 National Young Members Conference, which is being held in Brighton.

In his speech, Mr Yaghi spoke about the ongoing crisis in Gaza, which has not yet abated with Israel’s constant violations. He also drew attention to the daily Israel settler attacks in the occupied West Bank. He thanked Unison for their important solidarity and for standing for Palestinian rights.
