Started a slightly modded SoulSilver playthrough and I'm thinking of what team to get. Currently have Pidgeotto and Tentacool and I'll definitely get a Piloswine eventually, but I'm not sure about the rest.

Thinking Machamp and Vulpix/Magmar but that leaves a slot for a SpAtker.

During one of today's Russian drone attacks on Kharkiv, I happened to be walking through a park.

​The air raid alerts had been going on and off all day, so no one paid much attention until the distinct buzz of a drone became audible.

​There were a lot of children on the playgrounds while their parents waited on nearby benches, as well as older kids without supervision, some on scooters or roller skates.

​Hearing the buzz, parents tried to gather their children. But the drone was approaching fast, and where exactly do you run when you're surrounded by nothing but trees, swings, and benches?

​The drone ended up flying just above the tree line and crashing somewhere, close enough that the blast made my ears ring for a couple of minutes.

​This one flew over the park and landed somewhere else, but what about the next one? It was broad daylight, and Russia bombs us this way at completely random times on any given day.

③の金属面の虹色は、スーラの点描から来ています。
分割された純色が、面の上で光のように振動する。

伝統的な筆塗りは、グレーズで「重ねて作る色」が主流で、
肌や有機物の柔らかさには完璧に向いています。
私が探っているのは、その別の道——「並べて作る色」。
純色を計算して並べ、プラスチックの表面に「振動する色彩」を生む。
二つは対立ではなく、場面によって使い分けるものだと考えています。

先日 National Gallery で、印象派〜新印象派の原作の前に立ってきました(その記録も、ここ数日で何枚か共有しています)。
改めて思ったのは——
絵画史で1世紀以上前に解決された色彩の問題が、
立体の物理表面では、まだ「未解決」のまま残っている、ということ。
そう考えると、面白くてたまりません。

これから、各作品の技法解析や制作過程を、順番にここで共有していく予定です。

Looks like the chariot comes with two different options for the...walls(?) of the chariot, which is great because I can turn that into the howdah for when I build Lokhir his manticore.
