Absolutely gutted to have lost our friend Dennis, who was our branch chair and first branch sec. He started our branch, and we will never fill his place. Thank you for everything Dennis. Love from us all and we miss you X
Crooked House was a 400 year old Grade II listed building.
First the access road was blocked by a huge pile of dirt placed by Bulldozers. Then it ‘mysteriously’ set on fire.
Finally the remnants were bulldozed.
All so they can build some flats.

Lovely thanks. But there's currently a massive open goal here for you - start providing some audible and visible opposition to the collapse of the NHS. Hold the Govt to account. Challenge them on it. Your current silence is complicit, and people are noticing.
Gas price is the lowest for nearly a year, but our bills are up.
Ofgem just hiked cap from £3549 to £4279 i.e. Govt will on average pay £1779 (£4279 less £2500) per household to energy companies.
Rip-off profiteering.
Ofgem isn't protecting customers.

This is why facing the Nakba of 1948 is so important. It's why denying it--or blaming Palestinians for their own dispossession--is so dangerous. Because the Nakba did not end. It continues, with the assistance of the government of the United States. https://t.co/4Kyq3FCoDU
