When Ronaldo returned, I thought he was coming back home to Utd but upon his return, he was treated like an outsider.
The truth is, Man Utd was never his home, it was always Real Madrid.
"I never doubt Portugal... I think they're being overlooked by a lot of people."
@J_Dyer_Official, @TMeola1 and @JimmyConrad talk Portugal's World Cup chances and Cristiano Ronaldo's role in the squad 🇵🇹
Why does everyone ignore the fact that he could not do anything against Morocco and they had to go back to the player they put on the bench to try and fix his problems?
Goncalo Ramos:
“Of course, I would prefer to be a starter.
But when you see the players playing and performing well, then you have to think:
‘Okay, they’re doing well… wait for your turn.’”

I don't wanna base too much on mere friendlies, but Portugal's command on the middle of the match isn't too promising, especially given that they're playing with their starting midfield.
What I feared is happening so far. This has been his form of late in big tournaments which is more of a mental thing because he’s been putting so much pressure on himself.
Many say you deserve to play more than you do, and that you should be a regular starter.
🇵🇹🗣 Gonçalo Ramos:
“I always try to draw inspiration from different people and great athletes. Every minute or second I play, I feel I have something to offer and give. Whether it’s a minute, ten, or ninety, I always give my all.”
Best player you came up against at the World Cup?
Steven Gerrard:
“I would have to say Ronaldo. I know he’s probably everyone’s pick alongside Messi, but we played Portugal. The game went out on penalties. Myself and Owen Hargreaves were challenged with trying to nullify him, and over the course of the 90 and the 120, I’ve seen a different level of the game.
Being around a lot of world-class players for Liverpool and England and playing against a lot of… but there was a handful, that was maybe operating on a different level and Ronaldo’s certainly one of them.
Just the speed, the movement, and the positions he picked up. His relentlessness to want to score. He had me and Owen Hargreaves up the wall that day,”
🏴🗣 Gary Neville:
"Cristiano from 2006 to 2009. I've known Manchester United since the 1970s and I've never seen a player play football like that.
I know people mention George Best and Duncan Edwards when I say this, but I never saw George Best or Duncan Edwards play.
However, in those three years I never saw a player play football at that level while wearing a Manchester United shirt."
I’ve seen more slander on Ronaldo for a friendly, than France losing and Spain drawing theirs
The way his haters are gonna have 0 purpose and money in their lives when he retires
