DISTURBING: An Ontario man repeatedly cried out “Help me” during a government-approved euthanasia procedure after the drugs failed to work as intended, exposing a dark reality many people never expected to witness.

What was marketed as a peaceful, dignified death became a nightmare, leaving a family to watch their father’s final moments descend into chaos.

The man remained conscious and visibly distressed after sedation failed, repeatedly calling for help until additional drugs finally rendered him unconscious. His final moments, witnesses say, were marked not by peace, but by repeated pleas for help.

The case is fueling outrage because it wasn’t an isolated incident. Another Canadian patient resumed breathing after being declared dead, while a Belgian euthanasia case ended with allegations that a woman was suffocated after the lethal injection failed.

Opponents argue these cases expose a side of MAiD hidden from the public, one where procedures don’t go according to plan and families are left with traumatic final memories.

A landmark study has found that two years of regular, structured exercise can dramatically rejuvenate the aging heart, effectively turning back the clock by as much as 20 years in previously sedentary middle-aged adults.

Conducted by researchers at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and published in the journal Circulation, the trial involved healthy but inactive adults aged 45–64. Participants followed a supervised exercise program four to five days per week, combining moderate aerobic training (such as walking, cycling, or swimming), high-intensity intervals, and strength sessions.

After two years, the exercise group showed significant improvements in cardiovascular function. Their hearts became more elastic and efficient at filling with and pumping blood, changes that made their heart performance resemble that of people 15–20 years younger. The control group, which did not exercise, showed continued age-related decline in heart stiffness.

This NIH-funded study is one of the longest and most rigorous trials demonstrating that it’s never too late to start exercising in middle age, and that consistent effort can produce profound, measurable reversal of age-related heart changes.

I was detained by Spanish police for two hours today in Madrid.

Taken to the police station, fingerprinted, treated like a criminal because I showed up at the public square to have peaceful conversations about how children are being harmed.

Spain has done nothing to stop giving kids puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones.

While sitting at the station with criminals in handcuffs, I was able to contact @lukomski_sebito at @hazteoir using my Apple Watch, after my phones had been taken.

These two beautiful lawyers dropped everything and showed up at the police station soon after.

Now we’re back in the same public square. at Puerta del Sol.

To the political authorities in Spain — please start protecting children in your magnificent country from this unscientific craze which is sterilizing children and causing grievous, irreversible harm.

British police officers violently pull a five-year-old boy out of his father's arms & they arrest the father.

The boy is terrified & runs, the Police chase him & violently twist his arms behind his back almost dislocating both shoulders.
