Howe knows the league- I’ve watched his sides physically over run us multiple times. Finished top four, won a cup, some european experience.

Unpopular opinion, I’d take Howe over Nagelsmann.

But Emery is by far my preferred (if unrealistic) choice.

I think with all the options available and he isn’t a perfect choice. But I would go with Nagelsmann and give him time.

He has won a major league title, managed big players before, plays attacking football, deploys counter pressing and would suit this Utd team atm.
