@Y192814512@ChaosLensX You could simply stop at "Opens door". That act was the first Constitutional violation. Can't do that without probable cause. A maroon car that looked like one that fled without specific identifying info, like a lice se plate #, doesn't meet that.Investigate - ask for ID yada yada
@ACUrastaman@ChaosLensX Can ya'll Imagine if LEO could simply snatch and arrest on feelings instead of that pesky thing called evidence? That is what seperates the US from dictatorships-Constitutional protection against unjust search and seizures. Read Whren v. United States, Terry v. Ohio for starters.
@ACUrastaman@ChaosLensX This guy. While most children can understand fantasy concepts, the appendages of US Constitutional law and legal theory is a bit beyond their maturity level - and yours, it seems. The cop saw a car. He couldnt identify who was driving or even if it was the correct car ๐๐๐
@ACUrastaman@ChaosLensX He had no legal authority open the door. You can't violate a citizens rights because a car 'looked like' one that fled. He walks up to the car, fails to identify, and tries to yeet the driver out without evidencenof a crime. Then he goes lethal on a target moving away.
@TRIGGERHAPPYV1 Here's the deal. I'm eating this, instead of that, because the life choices I made kept me from doing stupid shit that might land me in a place where I HAVE to eat that.
@Richieman989 Its a skit on the same dang fuselage with the overly tacky blue under seat Amazon led lighting as a few of these other airplane drama skits.
@vaelor0 Imagine catching a felony assault and attempted theft charge over bikes in a skate park. Pro tip: if you are not law enforcement, perhaps you should call law enforcement to enforce public space rule violations?
@Lordkyril@kirawontmiss An escallator serves a singular purpose - to move mass amounts of people in the direction of travel. Entitled vidiots who are filming for likes and reactions need to understand that inconveniencing others for a like buck just might land you in FAFOland.
@DanaSharpe18@TheEXECUTlONER_@gman5180 What exactly about "Jim Crow" was a character judging set of laws?? Red lining? Segregation? Subjugation was indeed about skin color. Then there was unjust incarcerations and the destruction of the family unit, introduction of drugs, loss of jobs....so yes, youth issues arose.
@DanaSharpe18@TheEXECUTlONER_@gman5180 Let's see.....at the time of his murder, his people had to: fight for basic rights, fight for equality, fight against unjust treatment.....not because "they were judged by the content of their character" but because they were judged by the color of their skin ๐๐๐
