You know what…. after a night of processing this tragedy…. I’ve now got serious concerns with Corey’s video here.

1) Why would Corey come out with this video 24 hours after David allegedly ‘killed himself’ before his family had a chance to identify his body or make the first public statement?

2) Why would Corey assume and share with such certainty that David ‘killed himself’ as a direct result of cyber bullying? How could Corey arrive at this conclusion before any official public statement is made by law enforcement or David’s family that he is indeed deceased?

Red Flags 🚩 I’m raising:

• No police report released
• No hospital confirmation
• No verified family statement
• No coverage from major outlets (NYT, CNN,
AP, etc.)
• Story heavily tied to one individual with
prior controversy

If I’m wrong about any of the above, someone please update me. If I missed something out there, please share it with me.

I’m not accusing Corey of anything, I’ve followed his work for 12 years, but I’m troubled by what’s unfolding and HOW it’s landing as it unfolds…

Anne and Sam are 9 years apart in age.
Anne was 27 yrs old when she began to publicly speak out about the abuse.
She was shy of her 31st birthday when she sued him for alleged abuse.

If she was sexually abused for 9 years of her developing youth, the trauma she endured could certainly hinder her from being able to take any meaningful action against Sam until her mid-twenties.

One must be able to think clearly enough, and create enough stability within themselves and their life, to create and execute a plan such as speaking out publicly and filing a lawsuit.

It could have nothing to do with the timeline of Sam obtaining power and wealth during the time Anne was going through her own process as a teenager and young adult.

Where were you mentally in your teens and early adulthood? If you endured extreme sexual abuse from an older sibling for 9 years of your childhood development, could you honestly say you would have been able to get your shit together before the age of 27 to take meaningful action against your abuser who was already a powerful high profile person in the world at that time?
