Clips from my hitting lesson last night, really working on keeping my hand path closer to my body, especially on the inside pitches. It really started clicking towards
the end of the lesson.

Made an error? You get 5 seconds.
5 seconds…
- to acknowledge it.
- to breathe.
- to let it go.
Then reset and get back to work.
You can’t change the last play, but you can control what you do with the next one.
Don’t let one mistake become two.
Reset. Refocus. Respond.

Talent is a gift. Discipline is how you honor it.
God may give you the ability, but you still need to put in the work.
You don't get to be casual with something you've been entrusted with.
Show up. Work hard. Stay committed. Keep going when nobody is watching.
Your talent is a gift. Your discipline is your gratitude.

We had a fun first weekend out with my new team! It took us a few games to get our bats warmed up, but we had a strong finish to win the CIS Fall Invite College Showcase. Here are some of my highlighted at bats this weekend.
