Unity Niles

We believe in team first mentality with players and families who are like-minded!

[Unity Niles @UnityNiles]

One of our own young ones getting the opportunity to work with one of the best in the industry! 💪🥎

Always love seeing our girls step outside their comfort zones, train recklessly, learn from the best, and continue to chase their goals! 🔥

[PVS Baseball @PVSbaseball]

The second of four girls to visit us from out of state was Virginia’s Rebecca- another UNITY Girl!

Now we don’t often get to work with young players like this very often.

Rebecca is 12.

But when we get a chance, it is so much fun because they have no idea what they’re capable of!!!!

Young players are often pleasers and they don’t get out of their comfort zone for fear of making mistakes

We encouraged Rebecca to be as reckless as she possibly could today!!!! We wanted her to let all of that athleticism out!!!!!

1 Of the things we did today: we had a blast watching her learn how to use her body to make throws on the run off of one leg.

“If this square represents your comfort zone- We want you all the way over here” (points to square 10 feet away)

Because between these two points: struggle, looking/ acting foolish, falling, tripping, Misfiring- Is where progress lives!

We see ya 👀 Working
