Najafgarh zone DJb surveyor acting like ED & CBI asking laundry list of unwanted question and indirectly asking to pay and get the survey done else new connection request will get cancelled .. is it your developed Bharat way of working . @oneassist_in I would never recommend to my social media friends to opt one assist services , in my 3 years ears of experience hardly any SR closed smoothly and with quality services.
Few common issues
1. One issues multiple SR will be asked to create , result atleast Week delayed service
2. SL number mismatch issue customer suffering rather dealer & one assist to resolve
3. Customer care is not much supportive unless escalate to top level
Recently for simple cooling issues SR , after 1week SR was rejected stating serial number issues which they served for over 2 years
