In order to protect the community and City staff –and in light of Governor Ron Desantis’s stay at home order -- the Key West Transit bus system will suspend service as of 8 p.m. on Friday, April 3, 2020 until further notice.

The closure is an effort to reduce large congregations of people. The closure will remain until further notice, and City officials will be reviewing all City closures on a daily basis.

The City declares that attractions and activities which support social gatherings to ten or more people in a limited area and operate within or from the City of Key West shall cease operations by 12 a.m. on Friday, March 20th.
