UGA ranked No. 12 among the top 50 best value public universities, highlighting its distinctive combination of academic success, affordability, experiential learning and career preparation. Meet Steve Heimler, a @UGAFranklin alum who helps thousands of students each year study for their AP exams through his viral YouTube channel, Heimler's History. π
What began as a way to help his own students study has quickly turned into a much larger online classroom. In 2023, he turned to YouTube full time and he now reaches over a million students seeking help with their exams. He believes his speech communication degree from UGA has been key in helping him accomplish this goal.
