Congenital issues are the most painful in my opinion.
You don't even have an idea of what it looks like to live a normal life.
Resist the urge to laugh at or mock those with medical conditions.
Corporate life:
"Warm reminder"
"Gentle reminder"
"Kind reminder"
But you don't want to see the face of the person sending that mail, no warmth nor kindness😂😂😂
Living alone is great till you fall sick.
After all the 'hmms' , you'll still clean, cook and look after yourself.
Life isn't meant to be done alone abeg.
There are some people I really wish to meet and have a sit-down with in this lifetime, and for some weird but obvious reasons, someone who work at electricity distribution companies has to be one of them.
I really need to understand their thought process cause I don't get it.
I hope people who drive crazily realize they are just privileged, not wise.
Privileged to have sane drivers on the road, cause if everyone were to drive like them, they'd certainly cease to be in existence.
Cheers to all the sane drivers on our roads, y'all are the real gee 🤝
"However I feel this is waste, having all these proteins in one meal..."
Three weeks ago, I was in a particular state, and my inner drive shaft cup developed a fault. Normally before this is fixed, the car engine andgearboxx would be allowed to completely cool off. The shaft Cup is attached to the transmission system and cold air shouldn't enter the system when it is hot. I can explain this in detail but no be wetin carry me come here be that.
I had to park the car overnight for the mechanic to come fix it in the morning. By then the whole system had reached ambient temperature.
When the mechanic started working, he went out to look for a very heavy rock to rest the car ot. When I saw him coming in with it I screamed. This man would be in his late 40s. I ran to help him but he declined.
When he started working, the sun was already hot then as he had to go to a very far place to get the parts to be replaced. So he started work around 11am. I saw how he struggled to remove just one of the cup shafts. It took him more than an hour. And he needed to remove two.
He was sweating like he had submerged himself in the Atlantic Ocean. He kept requesting drinking water. Not to exaggerate he took almost half a bag of sachet water. He finished the work around 4pm. You could literally see that he became darker. When he told me his charge, it felt too small and I had to add something for him.
Now back to what you said: "However I feel this is waste ,having all these proteins in one meal..."
This food he bought would not even do justice to the hard work they do and under the harsh weather condition they do this work. As basic as it is, try replacing a bad tyre under the harsh Abuja or Lagos sun first and see. People spend 10x that amount on a bottle of alcohol. You should also know that he can't obviously eat like that every day. But on days he's able to eat that way, I STRONGLY recommend. Na the one wey you chop be your own.
He can't be fixing people's engines when his own engine (body) is weak.
Story don end.
