if you want to make money you have to do something most people don't. before ai, just being able to code made you very good money. now anyone can, so the easy money at the entry level is gone.

people use ai to write their cv and cover letter. the company uses ai to screen the cvs, partly to catch people using ai. get through that and you do four rounds of interviews with no ai allowed because they want the “real” you. get the job and you’ll use ai all day, and if you didn’t they’d fire you. this process might be broken…
