@smuray Restoring stability is also too short a window. After bombardment + occupation of the planet there isn't enough time to increase stability while the buildings get rebuilt.

Also resettling the population to prevent homeless pops instead instantly triggers a full revolt...

@smuray Yeah I understand the reasoning. But please remove the truce at least and give the armies a chance to fight the revolt instead of losing the surrounding systems. If not people will just crack all planets they cant control afterwards.
