I would like to request a review of my account suspension.

Back in 2022, I created my Poloniex account and completed KYC verification. At the time, I was under 18 years old and did not fully understand the platform's age requirements. Shortly after making a deposit, my account was suspended.

I am now over 18 years old and would like to know if it is possible to reactivate my account or update my verification details in accordance with your current requirements.

I sincerely apologize for any violation of the platform's policies and would appreciate the opportunity to resolve this matter. Please let me know if you require any documents or additional information from me.
