@nunu_8ch We still plan on finishing the a production ready prototype early 2022. The utility and functionality of the balls used in stridevr seem to be different than what we are doing. In their case it seems to be used for velocity cancellation while we are working on friction control.

@nunu_8ch It’s an economic version that achieves a similar level of fidelity as maglev. We are estimating that we can achieve a better price all around while we continue to work on getting maglev right maybe by 2023/early 2024. 2/2
@nunu_8ch Thanks for checking in! Development is still moving forward. We are planning to have it ready by sometime in 2022, due to things like supply chain and other issues are hurting our turnaround. Our ball transfer unit version will be the first version to be releasing. 1/2
