Some post analysis. Last telemetry packet seems to be uploaded by @F6OBT Olivier at 2h16 UTC. OBC showed 43degrees C and battery 38degrees C. Alitiude measured by estimator was 195km but I think it was much lower.

hmm nSight1 hit an anomaly in the ADCS estimator? So now I need to calculate it from TLE 😉 655.35 sounds like digital number
