@NissanUSA@Nissan So much for customer loyalty. My family has had multiple nissans over the past 30 years, but I can guarantee we never again will. Two cars with transmission issues. I already paid to replace one once, and it's now faulty in 30k. Guess I'll spread the word!
@NissanUSA I have DM'd you. I also spoke to custom service a little while ago and was basically told Nissan can't do anything. So now I have to wait until probably Monday to get the same answer from a "Specialist." I can't say I have any confidence in @NissanUSA at this point.
@Nissan@NissanUSA How garbage are your transmissions? My elderly mother has had a 2011 Cube that we replaced the transmission at 130k because it died and it now died again in 3 years and 25k miles. So now she can't afford a new car or to fix it, not that it'd last anyways...
Alongside the issues with the Cube I have a 2019 Sentra bought in 2022 as a Certified Pre-Owned and within a year it had a CVT Judder code which the answer was to reprogram it. It's been in 4x since due to the surging/slipping, yet Nissan won't do anything. #NissanSucks@Nissan
@Nissan@NissanUSA At about 130k transmission straight up failed and we replaced it with a brand new one from Leigh Nissan here in NC, and now 3 years and about 25k miles later the torque converter is failing... @NissanUSA@Nissan@LeithNissan
@FirestoneAuto I've sent you a PM, but I'll be surprised if this gets anymore attention than the existing complaint I filed and was told I'd get a call from some regional manager that never happened.
@FirestoneAuto I've given you too many chances. You caused a blowout 5 years ago on i85. You repeatedly recommend services that are not at all close to due. Your inspector failed a state inspection over a non-existent rule and the General Manager is hilariously unprofessional.
@AskCapitalOne Yeah unfortunately this just looks to be a face saving move to get me to take it offline and make me think Capital One cares, but the reality is it's now been two additional weeks since this, on top of the 4 + weeks of back and forth. @AskCapitalOne why act like you care?
@CapitalOne@AskCapitalOne Why is it so hard to file a simple dispute? Your team screwed up and misclassified a dispute as though I cancelled when in fact it was services not rendered... I get told I'll get a call from some "backend office" and never get it. Absolutely absurd..
@CapitalOne@AskCapitalOne Why bother telling me to PM you if the answer is going to be basically a "here we're doing something, but no idea when it'll be done" which just reads as a way to get me to believe you care and to be quiet? Guess my next task is the CFPB.
@AskCapitalOne Did that and was told you could "escalate it to our partner team" but couldn't provide any kind of timeframe for a response. This feels disingenuous, and more like just a "we'll tell you we're doing something so you stay quiet" Am I wrong? @CapitalOne@AskCapitalOne
