🆘 There are many candidates who miss their bank exams opportunity by 1 day, 1 month, or a few months. There must be one fixed date for the age cutoff for all exams, and that date must be 1 January.

1 January should be the age cutoff for all banks and insurance exams.
Provide 2 years age relaxation to general category students, by increasing PO/AO/AAO/Grade B/A scale to 32 nd 30 for Clerical cadre jobs

Unlike UPSC, SSC, RRB NTPC, and State PSCs — which follow transparent procedures — IBPS offers no scope for audit, no grievance redressal, and no way for students to know where they stand. The result? Psychological trauma and a crisis of trust in our public examination systems.

Got this via a close friend. I searched about it and found that no answer keys are provided to the students in the IBPS and SBI exams. Neither the raw score nor the normalization formula is provided.

There should be transparency in such exams. Lakhs of students aspire to banking exams, yet the IBPS doesn't offer any scope for audit or grievance redressal.

The government needs to look into it. I hope this reaches the concerned officials.
