@BornInThe50 @AmericanAir Another update. My flight is one of the daily round-trips flights and the one for TODAY gets a new plane instead of mine. I am now "scheduled" to depart AFTER an identical flight but for today! BRING. IN. A. NEW. PLANE!

@AmericanAir our flight got cancelled (3167) and now we're out over $100 in transportation costs just to go home and come BACK to the airport, plus we're out $175 for the first night of our destination hotel and yet you give no compensation? What kind of customer service is this?

@AmericanAir The flight has been grounded a second time because the decision was made to repair the plane which has failed. A replacement should have been brought in from another location. GRR needs a plane to DFW immediately.
