Gym routine. Headphones on. Music up. Phone on DND.
No scrolling. No distractions. No BS.
Lift. Sweat. Clear your head. Build your body better one day at a time.
Then go home feeling better than when you walked in.
Money and the desire to live comfortably make us do things we don’t really want to do:
Wake up and be somewhere 5 days a week, 8+ hours a day.
Spend time with people we’d probably never choose to hang out with.
Pretend we’re happy to be there.
Come home completely drained.
Then have no energy left for the things we actually want to do with our lives.
Funny how we spend our lives making a living… and have so little time left to actually live.
Try watching a news broadcast with the audio muted. You’ll quickly realize how ridiculous and agenda-driven the news is, just by observing the visuals.
Over 40? Haven’t been to the gym in 20 years because life got in the way? Work. Kids. Exhaustion.
Start again.
It’s never too late to get stronger, feel better, and invest in the years ahead. Your future self will thank you.
