Japanese Knotweed (Reynoutria japonica) is an invasive plant in many regions worldwide. According to a UK study by @TrentUni, it can decrease a property's value by 5-15%. In severe cases, if close to structures, it may render a house unsellable. #JapaneseKnotweed #Invasive
