Golfers, playing Golf is obviously the biggest key to your success in the sport.
Top 3 importance? Your strength training and cardio paired with the sport.
Your ability to have improved endurance and longevity allows you to play more while feeling better, which in turn yields better rounds!
A good indicator of solid physicality is your ability to hold your own in physical sports.
Football/Combat Sports/Hockey/Lacrosse etc.
If you play these and essentially get manhandled, you have some major questions to ask of yourself.
You’re not alone men.
You have brothers you haven’t met yet who are willing to back you up at all costs.
But, you need to meet them halfway.
Go to men’s workouts, join the men’s group at church, we promise it’s worth it.
There’s a massive piece of the fitness industry that hates on the “use fitness to build toughness” trend.
We consider that to be unwarranted hate when too many people are soft as is.
Let’s bring back that toughness, reply “PERFORMANCE” to this and we’ll get you moving.
Put simply, if you’re not training with intensity, there’s almost no point.
You can hit the “minimum physical activity guidelines” all you want and continue to lack results OR you can hit the gas.
