One key issue that was raised, was the language of the protest. Lot of people were shocked to hear such vocabulary for elderly leaders. More so by the girls.

Others have defended saying it’s the language of the GenZ. Don’t take it literally. That’s how their youth icons speak on Netflix, YouTube etc.

The issue is such irreverence leads to disobedience at the work place. Such places work with a chain of command. Large orgs work that way, decision making nodes can’t be lower down the chain. A foot soldier cant refuse to execute coz he feels the company strategy is not right. Work will come to a stand-still. There is a reason such powers come with experience. You cant short circuit that. Unfortunately, there are no ‘Gen-Z type jobs’ in real life.

• Capitals in USA, Australia, New Zealand see more..
