Priscilla Ojo celebrates her son’s first birthday with close friends as they prepare for the big celebration this weekend🥳❤️

Look at this little girl, Kamsi. Her mom used all the money she had made selling corn (₦120,000) to send her to Enugu from Imo for the 2-week technology bootcamp.
The good news is that someone has refunded her mom the ₦120,000 she invested in her daughter.
She is doing amazingly well in the training already.
She lost her only brother to a road accident, and her mom believes that education is their only way out.
She is exceptional, and the world will celebrate her greatness someday.
Nigerian Egusi soup is a sweetheart 😍Anyhow you cook am, e go still bang!
But if you try this style and e no sweet, I’ll refund your ingredients money! 😂
Easiest Egusi recipe 👇🏽
Nigerian jollof rice hack:
-Use more tatashe or Shombo and less fresh tomatoes.
-Add fresh garlic and ginger for a better flavour.
-Blend your pepper mix with little water.
-In your oil, add your herbs and onion together for a richer flavour.
-Use minimal curry powder.
-Your sachet or tin tomato should fry properly before adding the fresh pepper mix.
-Allow your pepper mix fry extremely well until the oil is seen on the surface. Season appropriately once the pepper base is ready.
-Jollof rice does not require too much water or stock. A little water above the surface of the rice is enough to cook the rice.
-Cover your pot with a foil paper to trap the steam, and stir the rice at intervals.
-Add a little butter towards the end.
