Ketanji Brown Jackson: Thank you Senator for allowing me to address what appears to be a question that I was asking in the context of a hearing. You provided the entire quote and looks as though I was asking that of someone.. not taking that position
my parent's think I should talk to someone, I'm educated, I know what this is, & what it will do 2 me. I tic multiple boxes in the high risk category from the all mighty CDC. Who have essentially said call ur pcp & fubar, wear a mask!
I don't think I'm particularly naive about race and America but it's still shocking how openly the GOP is trying whip up anger about Ketanji Brown Jackson being a black person existing in public life.
Physician to me, a wheelchair user: “You’re a DNR (do not resuscitate), right?”
Me: “No. I am not a DNR. Why would you assume that?”
Presuming that a disabled person is a DNR is blatant medical ableism and devaluation.
Did they share the same indoor air? There is nothing magical about 6 ft--aerosols can fill a room like cigaratte smoke. Perhaps it is time for @CDCgov@CDCDirector to update their guidance to better protect everyone?
Can journalists please not pretend it’s normal for a US Senator to declare that the Supreme Court was wrong to legalize interracial marriage, he’s OK w/it being illegal again, his “new” statement not walking anything back during a SCOTUS nomination that he’d be voting on? Thanks.
Recent studies report that as many as 25% of those infected with Covid-19 may experience long-term brain damage. These observations raise troubling issues for the medical system and society which we must begin to understand and plan for.

Someone just told me I should be institutionalized if my anxiety is so severe that I need a service animal.
Why should I be institutionalized when I can live a full life with the aid of my service animal? Spoiler alert: I shouldn’t, and it’s ableist to say otherwise.
