#Moumita_Debnath deserves justice. Her tormentors deserve capital punishment. Every woman in this country is shivering in agony that she had to go through such torture which cannot be even described in words. Justice has to prevail. Her tormentors deserve the harshest punishment.

@delhivery my @MyNykaa package has been delayed for over 8 days now. I am tired of raising tickets and getting false updates. Every morning I receive mail apologizing for inconvenience caused. This is harassment. I am not sure why my package cannot be delivered.

@nykaacares @delhivery @jagograhakjago Having to constantly follow up and get lied to is a pure mental torture. You both have no idea where my package is. Not delivering a prepaid order that too of a considerable amount is nothing but a malpractice. This must be taken further.

@nykaacares This seems like another day where I will be making futile attempts to get my package. @delhivery team has either lost the package or else it's a scheme to mentally harass the customers. You know how I can take this to consumer court @jagograhakjago for all the mental harassment.

@help_delhivery If the package is in Gurgaon as per your updates, I am not understanding why it cannot be dispatched on priority. Today as well, it has not been moved out for delivery. I see no resolution here. I want a refund at current prices @MyNykaa . This is the height of irresponsibility.

It's been five days since I have been raising tickets and rescheduling delivery on their app. They update falsely about the delivery date and all I receive is automated emails. I couldn't get to their customer care executive even after requesting a callback.
