Hi @JioCare@reliancejio Jio Fiber has not been working for 3 days. Previous complaint is on hold. Unable to raise a new complaint. Called customer service, they cannot do either.

@JioCare I asked you for urgent help as previous ticket is on hold. You just shared the same old ticket details. I can access that from MyJio app as well. Not helpful.
I thought social media team is better in this
