Just paid $831 & will have to pay 2x$100 sitting fees for lifesaving iron infusion. This is covered in many provinces, but not in Ontario. How is lifesaving medication, prescribed by a fam doc not covered 100% always? @ONThealth @fordnation @ToddJMcCarthy

@ONThealth NOT TRUE. Just had to pay $831, + $100x2 sitting fees (for nurse to monitor infusion in case of emerg) so I won't DIE. Yrs of supplements haven't fixed my iron-deficiency anemia, so this is my last option. My fam doc prescribed, said not covered by ON. Who do I call if it is??
