To start #AntiBullyingWeek, we want to remind you that being bullied is never your fault. Under any circumstances. We know how difficult it can be. Please reach out for help, talk to someone you trust and be gentle with yourself. The world is a better place with you in it.
Did you know today is World Kindness Day? The aim of this awareness day is to highlight the importance of being kind to other people, yourself, and the environment. How many acts of kindness do you perform a day?
Kick off #AntiBullyingWeek this year in style!

One thing we’d change is support. Every young person should get the mental health support they need, when they need it, no matter what. Whether they need a reassuring conversation, specialist support, or simply the knowledge that they are not alone in how they are feeling.
Created by staff, befrienders and volunteers with lived experience of body image issues and/or eating disorders and difficulties, 'Understanding Body Image' was created to inform, inspire and support others who are struggling #BodyAcceptanceWeek

Talking to someone you trust about how you're feeling is often the first step towards helping you feel better. Struggling on your own can be a lot for you to carry. Talking can take that weight off your shoulders.
If you struggle with self-esteem, write down your best feature, the last time you received a compliment, or the last time you did something for someone that made you feel good. These might seem like small things, but it is important to recognise all the good things about you.
