This May 20th, our Gitwe community gathered for #Kwibuka32, beginning with wreath-laying at the Douane Memorial Site in honor of pastors and their families killed during the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi and we later continued in College Adventist de Gitwe.🕯️ #NeverAgain

On May 20, 2026, NMSAR students from the University of Gitwe conducted a SHIELD Project outreach at GS Rusororo, educating students on Sexual and Reproductive health and Rights, GBV prevention, teenage pregnancy prevention, and mental health awareness. #SHIELDProject #NMSAR
