@BrettSimba I can also attest that your support team is not helping your customer base. I’ve been left on no reply for 3 days now. When they said all I needed was a simple reset on my KYC.. reset was never completed and my payout has not been processed which was submitted last Thursday

@Clewifx @Tradeify Yeah their KYC verification is trash. Careful if you get multiple payouts they will ask you to resubmit your KYC with different documentation. Drivers license work first time. Second time is passport, residence permit or ID card.
