Priority Incident Impacting VDI
The Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) is currently unavailable. Technicians are aware and working with our vendors to restore the outage. Additional updates will be shared when available.
There is an issue with on-campus and Virtual Private Network (VPN) connections to our work management solution, ServiceNow. Users offsite or not connecting through VPN are able to connect to ServiceNow without any problems. Technicians are aware and working to resolve the issue.

We’re conducting tests on a fix that has been showing positive results. Once the validation is complete, we’ll deploy the change to all affected infrastructure. Additional information can be found in the admin center under EX610644.
