@AlbonosReds If you think the only time there’s atmosphere at an English game is when you’re 5-0 up you’ve never been to a match in your life. The
Closer the game the better the atmosphere. And not just some guys playing dress up and doing choreographed dances.
@itfc_louis2 In many countries the price of a train is the same no matter when you book. It’s not actually a reasonable position to say ‘well of course it’s going to be expensive if you book the day before’
@MrSammyJames And yet Tony Khan will still get a puff piece where he brags about Fulham having a Brighton/Brentford model in clueless UK press. Complete clown.
@316simsim All the comments on this support what you’ve said. Bunch of clueless wankers talking about economic value as if that’s what supporting a football team is about.
@jackjcollins@dhamffc Making the pints US stadium prices is probably a solution but no one wants that 😂.
Don't really get the idea the ban should be removed as a matter of principle of football fans being treated differently from other fans. So many other areas to better focus on there.
@tomrenniesoccer Concourses will stil be busy at half time as people go to meet with mates or have a snide fag/vape
People not coming back for 2nd half (barely happens except for hospitality) has no effect on you. Getting a pint lobbed on you or people constantly coming and going does.
@Sacha_Lord With the money in the PL especially it would be a lot more efficient to mandate more money going into grassroots rather than ruining the match day experience (even more so than it already has been) for PL and Champ, probs L1 also.
@johncrossmirror Exactly why you need people who actually go to games in the stands (not press/hospitality). Getting drenched in beer, people constantly coming and going from their seats like you're at an NFL game. Horrible idea championed by people who have no idea about going to the football.
