1979: A monster winter storm ripped across the plains creating heavy snow and freezing drizzle. Aberdeen got over 15 inches of snow!

@WxmanFranz I can confirm a tiny bit of sleet being reported in Brooklyn. It’s mixing with mainly snow. I see a small pellet of sleet coming down every 5-10 seconds mixing with the snow.
