You want to calculate delay/predelay times? 60000/BPM=milisecond value for quarter notes (divide by half för 8th notes and so on). Typing in a number close to it but not the exact number gives a bit of nice lively imperfection.

The energy around 400-500 Hz can build up quickly in a mix and tend to sound annoying. Try attenuating those frequencies on your reverbs and delays. It helps create a more open and pleasant sounding mix.
