Uplands Expressive Arts Department had their final performance this evening as part of the White River ‘Night of the Lights’. The event was a fantastic evening of celebration for the local community in the streets of White River.

We waved a ‘see you soon’ to all those of the Ibhubesi, Inyathi and Ubhejane groups. Ibhubesi are currently cycling to Ceylon hut, whilst Inyathi are set to raft across Witklip Dam. Ubhejane, a day behind, head out on their first day’s hike. @BidvestCarHire #UplandsJourney2018

The Pre-Prep parent volunteer morning got underway today. With sandpaper, paint brush and garden trowel in hand, the team is powering a re-vamp of the playgrounds and gardens. Many thanks to all those who have given of their time and care.

In support of nationwide fundraising efforts, Uplands has just donated over 100 used printer cartridges to the White River SPCA. These are taken refilled and recycled to generate funds for the SPCA. You are invited to drop-off any used cartridges at Uplands College reception.

52 Uplands’ pupils participated in the annual Independent Schools Cross Country Championships, as hosted by Summerhill Preparatory School. Amongst a strong field comprising 7 other schools, our athletes did exceptionally well; many placing in the top three for their age group.
