समस्या में ये एक समय का भोजन भी बन सकता है l
सात अनाज का मुश्किल मिलता है तो जौ या चने का असानी से उपलब्ध है
पहले के समय तो ये मार्च से शुरू करके अक्तूबर तक पिया जाता था l
युद्ध के कारण इंधन संकट में हमे फिर से ये पोष्टिक परंपरा को जीवित करना होगा l

सतुआ या सत्तू
सत्तू को राष्ट्रीय पेय घोषित किया जाए
मटर, जौ,चना, जोनहरी, बाजरा, गेहूं, चावल सबको भिगोया, फुलाया फिर सुखाया जाता था।
पहले के समय घर में सतुआ हमेशा मौजूद रहता था क्योंकि ये असमय लगने वाली भूख का, कोई कहीं जल्दी में यात्रा करने वाला हो @narendramodi

तब दो मिनट वाली मैगी का आगमन नहीं हुआ था।
हमारे यहां सतुआ सात अनाज से मिलकर बनता है।
जो खूब पानी सोखे वही सतुआ अच्छा माना जाता है।

मेरा सुझाव है कि सत्तू को राष्ट्रीय पेय घोषित किया जाए
क्यूंकि ये पोष्टिक, कम लागत, कम मेहनत, कम ईंधन से बनने वाला पेय है l युद्ध के कारण इंधन

@bst_official @Ach_Balkrishna We made a call to @Patanjali_Wlns Haridwar to consult the doctor 15 days before for 15 times ,every time they told us that doctor would call you, but till date no call from doctor

@bst_official @Ach_Balkrishna We visited @Patanjali_Wlns Haridwar on 12th March and stayed there for 17 days for my mother-in-law treatment. On departure, they assured us to provide on line consultation or suggestion in future as we can't visit frequently because my mother-in-law is very weak and old.
