@GodrejAppliance nobody called me to resolve, nobody visited to resolve, i notified the service center manager about the issue but no reply because i officially never complained it as a followup - so no one has visited since i re-complained to resolve anything

@GodrejAppliance your technicians in Bangalore seem to be unqualified enough as they don't visit but give solution of keep fridge switched off for 1 day, that too when it is in warranty period.
maybe consumer court escalation might be needed for you guys.

@GodrejAppliance not resolved yet - it was serviced without any resolution or root cause known and again same issue is coming - seems like the Godrej agents are not qualified enough to resolve basic issues or they are but don't want to for products under warranty.
