@AmazonHelp Try to Understand the situation, how am i suppose to visit the courier under these pandemic circumstances. Aside no courier is accepting the order to be pickedup from location. (non- containment zone) There has to be some alternate measures. Suggestions Please.

This is regarding my Order from @amazonIN which was delivered this week. I Request to Replace the product but Amazon refuses to do so because of courier obligations. I would want to ask @AmazonHelp , why amazon can’t take care of it’s own. Why i have to visit the courier agent.
