@airindia my flight from chicago —> Delhi was horrible with all non-working things in flight and unresponsive staff. Still, I get charged for extra baggage and overweight even after traveling in business class. And, you guys say you will help out next time we travel.

@airindiain I paid for an extra baggage, and for my second flight I have upgraded to business class by paying 100$ which I can have 32 kgs of weight. I asked for a compensation on that but no response. They didn’t serve wine for me in business class. What is the point I paid 100$ extra?

@airindiain AI 126, April 1st, 2023, seat no 39 A. I had issues with head phones, flight attendant light not working and waited for 40 minutes, nobody came for the service. After asking for 4th time a steward came for the service to get me a glass of wine. Very ignorant staff.

@airindiain @Uncommoncommon1 For a 14 hour flight from Chicago to Delhi, Air India is providing this kind of service and I am very disappointed. You guys don’t even upgrade to business class when requested. I have been traveling since many years and this is the worst kind of seating and old style amenities.
