@NellyonCBC Fontaine then choose to leave again and that is when she was not seen again. Yes Houle came into contact with Fontaine, that is proven but her tragedy did not lead to his sticky finger ways. Houle has continued to fail to take responsibility for his actions.

@NellyonCBC First off this story is incorrect. The story states that Fontaine “was not seen alive after that day”. This is false because during the next 24 hours he was picked up by paramedics, seeing by HSC staff, taken into custody by CFS staff and returned back to her placement.
