Opening CMD isn't as hard as you make it out to be, but you can set up a simple batch script to have everything be automatic. If you can "review code", you can write a batch script.

Where are the "500 parameters"?
CRF is significantly better than using a target bitrate such as a 20MB preset in shitbrake.
Ffmpeg also compresses videos better.
