Tilt in trading is a situation when a trader acts in the state of a strong emotional agitation and either cannot or doesn’t want to control his actions, being completely in the grip of emotions.
@nytradez@kpak82 If he’s wrong, he’s not letting it bring him down,
Both mental and capital wise,
And he’s being completely transparent,
A great teacher with a lot of knowledge.
Look at you, just trying to make some quick bucks of somebody else work ethic, market and life don’t work that way.
@nytradez@kpak82 He is not leaning bearish,
He is leaning to reversal with good r/r set up.
He is being patient, not a gambler.
He is not taking a lot of trades like every FOMO trader in twitter.
I’ve learnt a lot just from his work ethic and charting.
Focus on the process, not the results.
I have never had my best day on a Fed day, I have had my worst trading day though. I am perfectly content waiting for clearer & better momentum in the coming days & weeks. Don’t forget we have ECB & BOE this week with huge earning reports & NFP. having no positions is a position.
On the daily we can see that a close above 297$ can run this thing until 310$,
on the weekly so far we're in last week range so far (body wise) with multiply resistance such as trendline and horizontal levels
99% of the bad stuff that happens in trading starts and ends between your ears.
Take responsibility for that shit, own it, soak it in and learn from it.
It's the only way to overcome it.
Forgiving yourself is crucial in trading.
When you hold on to resentment from a missed trade, loss, or mistake you only prolong the pain.
Take the step to forgive and move forward; it's the only way you won't let your past affect your current performance.
