@DoorDash @DoorDash_Help stealing my money. I received another customer's order on NYE was not issued a refund nor did they deliver the correct meal. However, the other customer did, I called Red Robin and as soon as I mentioned my issue they addressed me by name.

@DoorDash_Help are customers usually refused a refund or replacement items when the wrong food is delivered? Especially when it has been verified that the order was swamped with another customer and they were compensated for the mistake at the same restaurant
