Guelph is officially an Urban Growth Centre on Ontario's Priority Transit Corridor network. Plus there's a conceptual high-speed rail (Windsor to Quebec) corridor through the city.

The province expects us to plan accordingly with transit-supportive development. Time to build up, not out. 🚉

- stormwater hits $11.20/mo (+$1.20)
- waste disposal climbs to $173/tonne.
- parking 24/7 paid citywide (2 hours free)
- building permits pricier too.
